Who are we
The Working Manager Limited is a web-enabled provider of practical management education aimed specifically at working managers in private, public and not-for-profit organizations. Our primary goal is to provide each individual with a personal management learning resource which can be used in a way that suits that individual’s preferred learning style and is time effective, high value for money and low cost.
What we believe
Management education is ever more vital whether you are working in a commercial or not-for-profit organization, a charity, social services or local or national government. And it is getting more expensive in both money and time terms. The attempts made by e-learning to plug this gap have been unsuccessful, primarily because such e-learning is still little more than programmed learning. As such, it appeals to and works with a small percentage of the target population. Thus, The Working Manager was set up to be 'NOT e-learning'.
